In our lifetime, we may experience many different types of transitions which can bring on feelings of grief, anxiety, depression, etc. We can experience these emotions at many levels due to a variety of life circumstances. You may find these feelings difficult to manage which can cause other complications at work, in relationships, and more. Despite these incredibly difficult experiences, we all have the natural ability to work through them, but may just need some support along the way. Through self-exploration, learning healthy coping skills, and other therapeutic techniques, we can work through your life challenges together.
Over the past nearly decade working with clients in the grief and loss field, I have supported a variety of individuals through their incredibly unique life experiences. Through that work, I’ve supported those dealing with concurrent anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc. My therapeutic approach is diverse with a CBT and person-centered focus.
