About
In therapy, I work with clients in finding resolutions for the challenges they are currently facing by helping to improve self-esteem, understand current problems within a larger life context, enhance personal growth and develop more fulfilling ways of living. My goal is to help clients address and overcome obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their potential and living a rewarding and meaningful life.
As a doctoral level, fully licensed Psychologist, I work from an integrative perspective to help clients reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. I frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques (CBT) to increase skill development as it relates to stress reduction and symptom alleviation.
I work collaboratively with clients when determining our goals for therapy. I hope to foster a sense of hope and agency in one's own life. My practice is located within Great Lakes Psychology Group.
