Then we will make a plan for change in small obtainable steps, this will not only build up your self-confidence in your ability to change but also put you on a path to reach the big goals in a substantiable way, for lifelong improvements.
I believe each client needs an individual treatment plan, and I love to use several different modalities. From, art therapy and reflective processing, to practicing skills and changing behaviors through a cognitive behavioral approach.
