With couples, I have special focus and training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT-C), which helps move couples from isolation, defensiveness, and hurt to connection, closeness, understanding, and trust. I also have strong experience helping those who have lived through interpersonal and other types of violence such as sexual assault.
