What is life? What does it mean to be human! Life can feel like a never-ending process of figuring things out and figuring them out again. The universe won’t stop throwing us painful, challenging, exciting curveballs; it’s a part of the deal. How do we come out on the other side feeling peaceful and whole? Whether it’s loss, gain, or plain old change, having someone alongside you can make all the difference.

As a therapist, I rely on deep listening, unstructured conversation, and curiosity. I aim to be a steady, nonjudgmental presence with clients, and I hope to help them cultivate that same sort of nonjudgmental view of themselves. I work supportively alongside my clients, so they can make sense of it all, on their own terms.
