I use a variety of modalities to treat clients such as Attachment and client centered therapy, EMDR, EMDR intensives, CBT, play therapy, and Solution focused therapy.
I will provide a safe space that is free of judgement and offer active listening to suport you in defining & achieving your goals related to improved mental/emotional health, coping skills, parenting skills, communication skills, resolving trauma, managing anxiety and stress management, and setting boundaries with others.
