Hello, I’m Sarah Crigler, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families. I work with clients of all ages to navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma recovery, self-esteem, etc. My focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I practice from a person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy approach, but I modify my practices and incorporate other approaches to fit each client’s individual needs.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals. I have experience with supporting teens, college students, young adults, and families struggling with ADHD, life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and career counseling.
