I utilize a behavioral approach via DBT to help build coping skills and I offer EMDR to address trauma. Depending on your preference, I can provide homework, reading recommendations, and guided meditation practice. Above all, I hold a warm, safe space where you can unpack thoughts, feelings and behaviors with a trusted and experienced professional.
