Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of holding everything together. Maybe you’re a teen trying to figure out who you are, or a parent looking for someone who truly understands you. Wherever you are, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. I’m a warm, curious, whole-person counselor who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation not a clinical performance. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, laugh when we need to, and get curious about what’s underneath it all. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and find more clarity, meaning, and connection.

I integrate practices like mindfulness that promote present-moment awareness and self-compassion. These techniques help as you begin this inner transformation to gain clarity and develop boundaries. I have training in EFT and somatic practices to support inner healing, releasing past trauma and emotions held in the body. I also teach Breathwork! come try.

My role as a therapist is to help you explore and understand yourself. To facilitate a deeper sense of self-awareness, self-worth to create the change you desire. I truly believe in the power of self-compassion, unconditional acceptance and the belief that we are all meant to be here.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Welcome to a circular breathing Breathwork class that focuses on releasing trauma in the body! This is a somatic experience led by a Licensed Counselor and focuses on clearing out emotions held in your body. It is currently being offered on scheduled Thursday evenings, 7-8pm. Active Breathwork

This small group begins with a brief introduction to Breathwork and explanation of what happens to your body, your mind and emotionally! This type of breathwork was designed to bring up emotions held in the body. The next 20 minutes is fast-paced, guided breathwork followed by a releasing SCREAM. This class ends with 20 minutes of gratitude moments created to inspire centeredness and calm. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal (optional) and an open-mind.
