Learning to Practice the "PAUSE" is a change in the way we move through everyday life. I believe in a strength-based approach and providing a judgement free environment. I also trust in people’s capacity to expand their own skills, develop, and accomplish their goals. Through connection, affirmation, acceptance, and empowerment clients can establish better coping skills and healthy boundaries to improve their circumstances.
I believe in empowering people to reach their goals. I offer cognitive restructuring, trauma informed therapy, dialectical behavioral skill building with mindfulness, and motivational interviewing for positive change. I will help identify personal values/worth and assist in using a skill set which can meet life's challenges with confidence.
