Hi! I'm glad you're here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, for more than 20 yrs I’ve helped others move through some of the hardest seasons of their lives. I’ve struggled w/anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, PMDD, postpartum, parenting stress, relationship difficulties, and perimenopause. Because I’ve walked these paths myself, I bring a grounded, non‑judgmental presence to therapy. I understand how heavy life can feel and how powerful it is to have someone in your corner who truly gets it. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, healing, and a version of your life that feels manageable.
I work with clients navigating life transitions, burnout, hormonal changes, relationship stress, parenting struggles, and the emotional weight of trying to hold everything together. As a single parent raising two kids, I understand the pressure of juggling mental health, caregiving, and personal growth all at once.
My approach is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I offer a supportive space to be heard, whether you're making big changes or just need someone to talk to.
