I specialize in helping parents lessen the pain that can be activated on the parenting path so that you can live with ease in the present moment. I offer a connected, nourishing, and safe way to release your own challenging childhood experiences so you can show up as the parent you want to be. Together, we will bring acceptance and compassion to all your emotions and experiences so you can let go of long-held feelings of shame and anxiety. At a safe pace, we can work together to tap into the messages you absorbed as a child and shift them so they don't have to be passed to the next generation.
My typical clients are often struggling as parents more than they expected to, and that often shows up as very high functioning anxiety. My clients are eager to find themselves again in early parenthood. They are grieving infertility, a challenging or high-risk pregnancy, a traumatic birth, a miscarriage, a stillbirth or the loss of an infant.
Together we can help you learn to respond differently to your loved ones in the present moment; to beat yourself up less for not being able to handle it all more easily; to offer yourself more compassion. Groups
MotherCircle: Support for Postpartum & Beyond
MotherCircle is an in-person, 8-week series, a sacred space for mothers of all stages (*not* just new moms) who want to have deeper conversations about motherhood in the presence of supportive community. MotherCircle particularly fills the gap for you, as a mother who didn't yet know you wanted or needed a postpartum support group, and have now aged out of those offerings. We use inner reflection, journaling, somatic and breathing exercises, and sharing in dyads and groups to deepen into connection with ourselves and other mothers. Offered 2 times a year. NEW SESSION BEGINS SEPT 11, 2026.
