We often become enmeshed within our relationships and I am energized in helping people on the path to differentiation and becoming a unique and authentic individual. I work from an intergenerational lens best. I believe your childhood and how you were parented holds information when understanding who you are now. I can offer a safe space to examine and explore one's family of origin. I can provide empathy and hope when clients feel riddled with shame and misunderstanding of who they are and where they come from.
