I work with diverse and often marginalized individuals. I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those on the spectrum and members of the queer community. Many of my clients have complex trauma or are experiencing major life transitions, others have personality disorders. All of them are unique individuals seeking to heal or work on their personal development. I strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment for my client's therapeutic work. I believe that my clients are capable individuals seeking tools, perspectives, and knowledge to help them navigate their life's path.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including community, crisis, residential, and private practice. Throughout my career, I have been trained in crisis work, complex trauma, and living life beyond a diagnosis. I am trained in EMDR. I also use DBT, CBT, and mindfulness.
My style in person is relaxed. I prefer to have a more conversational feel to my sessions. Therapy is work, but with me, there will be times when we laugh together. I try to bring a balanced view to my clients. If you are curious about working with me, please reach out. I enjoy talking to prospective clients.
