I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) an evidence based treatment and tool for processing trauma. I am an IFS, Systems, Attachment, Polyvagal Theory informed therapist. I love using guided meditation within sessions to reduce anxiety, create a calming experience, and provide tangible skills for embodiment and mindfulness.
