Hi there, I'm Sarah! My practice specializes in working with neurodivergent kids, teens, and young adults (autism, ADHD, executive functioning issues). I also co-lead ongoing weekly groups for high schoolers wanting to improve their social skills. Though I work with a wide age range, I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults on managing depression, anxiety, and the stress associated with that stage of life.
I like to help clients become more aware of the connections between their thoughts, behavior, and actions and focus on what can change and improve in each of those areas. I take a mindfulness-based approach to problems and emphasize practicing a variety of coping skills to find what works best.
