Hi, I’m Sarah, a licensed therapist and the owner of Sarah Rosa Counseling & Consulting. I work with a variety of life issues such as life transitions, becoming a mom, eating disorders, anxiety, depression. I specialize in helping women heal from the wounds of unhealthy relationships—especially those marked by narcissistic abuse—while rediscovering themselves and finding strength to embrace new beginnings.
