I am currently working with clients located in both Massachusetts, Maine and Rhode Island. I see clients aged 17 and older, who are often dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-trust, self-esteem, and self-confidence as well as disordered eating and body image,

Clients who work with me are looking for support navigating life transitions that are disruptive to their mental health. Additionally, as a social worker and intuitive eating counselor I am primed to recognize the ways in which a fractured relationship with food and poor body image contribute to anxiety, depression, and other stressors.

When my clients learn how to recognize their worth, broaden their perspectives, and find more joy and balance in their lives, they will be able to focus on what matters most to them with reduced anxiety and have more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
