About
Do you feel overwhelmed with the never-ending stressors that life keeps throwing at you? Do you struggle to feel happy in your day to day life, with the unhappiness in your job/career preventing you from living life authentically? Is it hard for you to have healthy relationships with friends and family because you feel stuck and burnt out? Are you wanting to make a career change, but have no idea where to start? I get it. It is so scary even thinking about where to start, especially with the changing job market and new stressors due to COVID-19. Taking the leap to reach out for help is hard, and I am here to guide you!
I am an inclusive, culturally competent, and LGBTQIA+ affirming and accepting therapist. I specialize in helping individuals gain confidence and self-esteem in their strengths, manage depression and anxiety related to job dissatisfaction and life stressors, as well as guiding those who want a career change/transition.
I strive to ensure that I provide a space that is safe, calm, and non-judgmental. I want you to feel comfortable letting me into your world, knowing that you will feel heard and understood. I am excited to be a part of your journey towards healing. If this resonates with you, give me a call so that we can discuss the best approach for you!
