We'll use CBT to spot tricky thought patterns and turn them into something helpful. We'll use somatic and polyvagal therapies to reset your nervous system. Sometimes I bring out trauma-focused approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy or Flash Technique. If you like, we can use Christian coping skills!
