I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image struggles, and life transitions, and I’ll work with you to make each session feel like it’s just right for you. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can truly be yourself and start your journey.
I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to create an approach that best fits you and your unique needs. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in living in line with your values, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am open and honest with my clients, with my goal being to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I practice active listening and approach each session with empathy, giving you space to reflect on your experiences while guiding you when needed.
