I work with children through young adulthood, but I am also passionate about helping diverse age groups across the lifespan to help everyone reach their goals. I spent 7 years in the Air Force, and through that learned the importance of mental health and set out to help others, and assist in learning coping skills to help.
My special interests in the counseling field include military members & their spouses/ family, military members going through the medical evaluation board (MEB) process, LGBTQ+l, Religious Trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and relationship problems.
During counseling sessions, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their feelings and concerns. Together we will develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. I believe in the collaboration of the counseling relationship and that you are the expert in your own life.
