I operate from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and have over 20 years of clinical experience in the field of adult mental health, sexuality, gender and relationship related issues. I believe in developing collaborative, compassionate, and trusting relationships with clients, incorporating individualized interventions from a variety of therapeutic frameworks based on each client's unique needs and goals.
Areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, mindfulness, healing from trauma/PTSD, sex and pleasure-centered therapy, affirming care for transgender and gender expansive individuals, LGBTQIA+, improving communication and coping skills, and navigating issues related to ENM and polyamorous relationships.
I am a certified member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Healthcare (WPATH) and the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.
