My specialties include couples and families with high conflict, personality disorders, struggles with spirituality, cultural diversity, LGBTQIA+ community including polyamory/ethical non-monogamy, folx living with HIV, cis/trans couples.
I am licensed in NC for in person/online and Florida online only. As an experiential therapist at heart, I also incorporate DBT skills to support your needs. I am Gottman Level 1 trained and foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
The hardest work is the work that starts at home. If you are looking for someone to navigate through the chaos of life, I provide a genuine and safe space to explore the struggle of inevitable changes. I believe internal work can be the most difficult and the most rewarding for a person, couple, or family-regardless of the structure.
