I work together with you to help discover your true self and overcome things that have been holding you back from living the life you desire. My biggest goal in therapy is to help you feel seen and heard. Striving to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and discussing whatever is on your mind is very important to me and our work together. I work with individuals age 17 and above.
I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, body image issues, social anxiety, life transitions, substance abuse, aging, and grief. I employ CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, Mindfulness, and other modalities as indicated in my practice. I enjoy using my skills as a trauma focused Yoga Practitioner (CYT-500) in helping clients learn to feel safe in their bodies.
