For children, I specialize in play therapy, EMDR, and addressing school and behavioral problems, helping them express themselves and process their feelings. For adults, I provide a range of therapies, including EMDR, CBT, and trauma-focused treatments, to help navigate emotional challenges, heal from past experiences, and promote overall well-being.
I provide clients therapy with an integrative approach with a firm foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. I support clients with effective tools to increase relaxation, self-discovery, and recovery.
I provide a nonjudgmental space and celebrate the unique differences in each of my clients.
