I 'm a licensed independent clinical social worker. I graduated from Boston College in 2008. I'm currently providing outpatient telehealth therapy, serving Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Vermont. I'm open to seeing children 8 years or older as well as adults of all ages. I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses and problems, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, learning disabilities, bipolar, life transitions, independent living skills & have I have experience working with those affected by someone else’s drug addiction. I'm a LGBTQ+ allied therapist.
I use strength based and person centered therapy approaches, as well as teaching CBT skills, mindfulness, meditation, coping skills, relaxation skills, communication skills and social skills. I try to be flexible and meet my clients where they are at. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused CBT.
