Do you often feel stuck in life but can’t pinpoint what is holding you back? Are you curious or confused about certain behaviors, emotions, or reactions that you're having? Are you motivated to gain a deeper understanding of yourself? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, New York, Maryland, and DC with a passion for working with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, past trauma, and current life stressors.
My main goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can work to improve your overall happiness and quality of life. Through identifying and breaking down barriers, we will get you to a place of empowerment, fulfillment, and clairty.
Additionally, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). PCIT is an evidenced-based treatment for young children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old with behavioral issues. I am also a board-approved clinical supervisor for those seeking LCSW licensure in Virginia.
