Working together, I will help you face irrational fears, challenge ingrained thoughts and behaviors, and find more effective ways to cope. With years of working in residential treatment centers, I am passionate about treating eating disorders, OCD, and related conditions such as anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and body image.
I also specialize in working with ADHD and LGBTQ+ issues. As a proud member of both of these communities, I feel strongly about providing a safe space for these individuals. I have a down-to-earth and genuine approach and may even add in a little touch of humor. I enjoy challenging my clients, while also having a little fun.
I believe that you don’t have to feel ready for therapy. You don’t have to arrive put together or with all the answers; you can just show up. Come as you are and we’ll work together on the rest.
