I work with adults (ages 18+) dealing with a variety of issues–grief, loss, life transitions, divorce, relationship issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. I believe in finding the solutions that are right for you, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. With me you’ll find a warm, accepting, and open-minded clinician who is with you every step of the way. My approach is relational. I make a point to ask questions and listen thoroughly, working collaboratively with you to identify solutions that meet your needs.
I draw from cognitive behavioral, existential, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) to individuals seeking this specialized treatment. Together we'll discuss your needs and the approach that works best for you.
