I'm Sarah Brown, MA, LPC, LCDC, founder of Rocky Shores Counseling and Consulting, PLLC. With nearly two decades of experience in mental health, addiction, and trauma recovery, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and survivors of exploitation. I offer individual counseling, trauma recovery support, substance use counseling, and the Relationship Safety and Resilience Group Training — an eight-session skills-building program focused on boundaries, online safety, and empowerment in relationships.
Since 2005, my career has included roles in residential treatment centers, juvenile justice systems, and community outreach, and I have completed over 440 hours of advanced training in DBT, TF-CBT, motivational interviewing, exploitation prevention, and trauma-informed care.
