As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for you to share your stresses, dreams, and hopes. I have focused experience in anxiety, family struggles, anger management, and depression and will walk with you through life's hard transitions. I have over 7 years experience working with individuals and families. I am comfortable with both adolescent and adult populations and encourage family participation when appropriate. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling as each person has different needs.
An area close to my heart are new parents. I specialize in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety disorders (Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD). This population is especially prone to hardships and it truly takes a village to provide support and encouragement during this transition. I hope to help both mothers and partners with this new life change.
