I specialize in conducting comprehensive evaluations and therapy for children and adults with anxiety, OCD, selective mutism, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, learning disorders (e.g., Dyslexia), intellectual disabilities and mood concerns. I also specialize in coaching parents in behavior management. My personal consultative and therapy style is sprinkled with humor, curiosity, and direct feedback. I celebrate neurodiversity and understand what it is like to experience the world from a unique lens. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing, and trusting space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
While I will always provide my clients with research-based ideas or strategies to work through difficult problems, I value taking creative approaches that fit each individual. To me, there is no “one-size-fits-all” solution.
If you are feeling stuck, are ready for change, and/or would like someone to problem-solve with, feel free to contact me to discuss how I might be able to support you. I am currently accepting clients, and I would be happy to have a brief consultation call to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
