About
Are you longing to feel more connected in your relationship, family system, or within yourself? Do you find yourself stuck in a negative cycle with your partner? Are you seeking a safe space to slow down, reflect and assemble your story? I see you and would be honored to help. I specialize in couples who are seeking deeper intimacy and connection with one another, as well as individuals navigating life transitions and relational stressors. Together we work to find new, balanced ways of moving through the world being in relationship with self and other. I practice foremost through meeting you where you are, no agenda or assumptions.
I offer evidence-based emotion focused couples therapy (EFT) and individual therapy. Based on attachment theory, EFT allows couples to build secure bonds and co-regulate. Relationships transform into safe, nurturing, intimate bonds. In individual therapy, we collaboratively explore and heighten emotions while deepening awareness to the mind/body connection.
It is a great privilege to be a therapist. I welcome individuals, couples and families of all ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, and sexual/gender identities to my practice. If I could be a helpful resource for you or your relationship, I warmly invite you to reach out.
