About
My sole focus is grief--whether you are dealing with a life-limiting illness or death of someone you love. You may be grappling with a number of grief reactions--physical, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and spiritual. Grief counseling is a place to discuss and better understand your experiences, identify coping strategies and find new paths forward.
I use talk therapy, but also expressive and mind-body interventions to help you better understand and build tolerance for difficult emotions. You are tasked with living in a world without your loved one, and although the mourning process can be arduous, it has the potential to provide you with great insights and growth.
