I focus on helping clients slow the cycle down and start relating to themselves differently.
My work centers on trauma and the coping patterns that grow around it, including anxiety, substance use, and low self-worth. In therapy, we look closely at what your system has learned to do to protect you, then build new ways to respond so you can feel more grounded, more aware of your needs, and less pulled by old survival patterns.
