We are often told who to be, what to do, how to engage with the world from an early age, and suddenly find ourselves as adults not truly knowing who we are. Then we feel guilty being ourselves, particularly with those we love and are closest to. I am passionate about helping my clients work on no longer people pleasing, gaining a sense of self-worth and empowerment to stand in their truth and express their needs without feeling fear or guilt for being themselves.
I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients where they can remember thier truth and honor their personal power.
I enjoy working with adult clients of all backgrounds.
