I'm Sarah - an LPC, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner who
came to this work after years teaching, moving through my own
healing, and recognizing that the body holds what the mind tries to
explain away. I use IFS, somatic therapy, and ACT to help you work
with all parts of yourself — not just the polished ones.
