Hi- I'm Sarah. Is your life full of ups and downs? Sometimes even experiences that feel overwhelming and test your resiliency? I believe we are stronger when we go through it together. It's courageous when people reach out to broaden their perspectives and skills. My desire is to offer a safe space for people as they explore what life has brought to the table; as I know healing, connection, and thriving are born from it. I enjoy working with adults in all places on their growth journey and provide both individual and couples counseling.
I was happily born, raised here in Texas and remain today. I graduated from Midwestern State University with a B.A. in Psychology then from Abilene Christian University with a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy in 2008. My path into marriage & family was a natural journey because of the endless curiosity I have to explore the beautiful capacity of humans.
Modalities I use in counseling include Trust Based Relational Intervention, Mindfulness Based Therapies, The Gottman Method, and more. At the heart, we want to be safe, understood, and given the freedom to be ourselves. I hope to provide a space to encourage these things in your life too.
