Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step in your journey to become the best version of yourself. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate the areas in your life in which you feel “stuck” or unfulfilled. I aspire to create a collaborative relationship with each of my clients, by tailoring my approach to your unique identity intersections and bolstering your confidence as the expert on yourself. I believe the most important mechanism for change is the therapeutic relationship, and so I prioritize creating a space in which you feel comfortable being authentic and brave in sharing your experience.
As an integrative therapist, I use behavioral, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic techniques in my work with clients. As a trauma-informed therapist, I cultivate a strengths-based approach informed by the unique ways in which you show up in this world.
I understand therapy can be intimidating and, at times, challenging, (just like life!) so I work with you to gently turn towards that discomfort and develop a space that feels safe for you.
