About
I am passionate about all things mental health! I enjoy working with parenting issues, infertility, perinatal and postpartum issues, depression and anxiety. I specialize in providing mental health care to other therapists and health care professionals. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to find out what is going on for you and if what I provide is a good fit. If for whatever reason I am not the best person to serve you, I will do my best to find a referral for you.
I use solution focused therapy techniques as well as trauma informed care. I also incorporate attachment theory as I think we all deserve healthy and happy relationships with ourselves, our loved ones and the systems we interact with daily.
Therapy is hard work! It is a great privilege to engage in the work with my clients and I use my unique style to bring humor, find meaning and purpose and practical ways to feel better. I believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for change and growth.
