Sarah Blessum
Counselor, LCPC
I am drawn to work as a therapist because of my sincere curiosity of the human experience. The pain, struggle, and uncertainty that comes along with being alive is universal just as it is unique to the individual. I can help you get to the root of what is most challenging by dedicating time to listening to you, fully. I think of my job as an honor to provide the space to witness the deep work of introspection. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and eating disorders.
Sometimes coming to therapy may feel exhausting or frustrating. Other times it may feel enlivening. Regardless, it can be a fruitful investment in getting to know yourself. The process of therapy can enrich your relationships with others, and help you identify who you truly are and what you truly want in your life.
I value time spent outside and in the garden. If you're interested, please ask me about the possibility of meeting for a walk or in the garden for our sessions.
