I specialize in working with Couples, Teens/young adults and LGBTQ+ (individual & couples). My heart and passion is helping people find healing within themselves and their relationships. I have been working in Mental Health and Human Services for over 20 years. I have a strong trauma-informed approach and practice. Many of the teens/young adults who come see me LOVE my background in Expressive Art therapy. I have a heart for working with our rainbow/LGBTQ+ community, I am Kink aware, open an affirming of diverse intimate connections, there are so many ways to heal, create connection and family.
My focus is connection and finding ways to unblock love, of self, of others. Moving through grief, working through heartbreak, coming out, infertility, adoption, healing from trauma and more. I want to empower you to own your life story and find ways to express what is stuck or needs to move in order for you to be free, grow and move forward.
I offer individual, couple and group sessions. My gift is empowering you find the tools you need to move forward. In groups I foster a deeper connection with peers who can support each other and co-create safe spaces. A Harder Path: Empowering and Supporting Parents
This groups focuses on parents who are guiding children who are on a harder path. Whether that is a child with a Developmental Disability, Mental Health Condition, healing from trauma or experiencing high behavioral needs all parents need and deserve support. This therapy group will be a 90 day endeavor of finding resilience, strength, healing and peers support as your work to care for your child(ren). This group will be meet weekly for 90 days.
