As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I believe wholeheartedly in the power of prioritizing my clients’ lived experiences throughout our time together. I work through a lens of intersectionality and feel strongly that each client is the expert of their own experience in life. My goal is always to create a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where clients can feel safe to express their thoughts and feelings without filters. I love working with clients of all backgrounds who are coping with challenges due to neurodiversity, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and more.
My clients can count on me to use a trauma-informed & person-centered approach as we collaborate to create a treatment plan that centers their individual needs. In sessions, I may draw from many therapeutic approaches including mindfulness-based CBT, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy as we work together toward positive change.
