I work with individuals navigating trauma, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients understand their relational patterns, reconnect with themselves, and move toward deeper healing and authenticity.
I am certified through the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies (GEIR) and Natural Lifemanship Level 2, and I offer relational, somatic, and trauma-informed equine-assisted therapy as part of my work.
