Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where clients can feel understood and begin making real, practical change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, autism, difficulty with emotion regulation, and life transitions. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, especially when managing strong emotions or stress. Together we build clarity, coping tools, and direction at a manageable pace.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy focused on improving emotional regulation, insight, and real-life coping skills. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, along with client-centered approaches tailored to each person.
