I offer in-person therapy in Durango and Bayfield, CO, and online therapy throughout Colorado. I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, disconnection, or relationship struggles. Whether these patterns stem from early attachment wounds, cultural expectations, or life experiences, they can shape how we move through the world—often without us realizing it. I’m here to help you explore these influences, expand your self-awareness, and create meaningful change. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the natural world.
My approach is relational and experiential, partnering with the natural world and horses. I’ll support you in understanding your nervous system, attachment dynamics, and emotional patterns—helping you reconnect with your body, mind, heart, and soul. Together, we’ll help you to remember, resensitize, and reconnect to yourself and the world around you.
I offer a warm, grounded presence and build trusting relationships with my clients. I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, and I offer compassionate challenge when it’s helpful. If you're ready to step into a life of greater awareness, belonging, and authenticity, let's connect and see if we’re a good fit.
