I work with women who are motivated to do deep work but feel blocked by anxiety, people pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt or relationship issues. Many of the women I work with have learned to adapt, perform, and care for others while losing touch with what they want and who they are. In our work, you will untangle the stories and patterns shaping your life, reconnect to your intuition and instincts, and begin making authentic, embodied choices. We will work on regulating your nervous system, uncovering your authenticity and confidence, and finding new ways of relating and being with the world.
My approach is experiential and relational, integrating Gestalt therapy, somatic therapy, parts work, relational skills, ecotherapy, and equine-assisted therapy.
I believe that healing and growth takes place in relationship – with yourself, others, and the living world. Whether we meet in my office, online, outdoors, or alongside horses, my intention is to support you in reclaiming your voice, your power, and your sense of belonging.

Groups
Reclamation: A Return to Self
An 8-week online group experience for women who feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of who they are beneath the roles they carry. Led by two licensed therapists, the group draws from somatic, experiential, and nature-based approaches to support women in reconnecting with their own needs, voice, and vitality. Sessions include nature connection, creative expression, reflective inquiry, and group discussion. This is not a therapy group, but a guided space for women ready to stop abandoning themselves and remember who they truly are. Our next group will be held September 16th-November 4th 2026. Space is limited to 12 participants.
