Accepting new clients! Book with me through my website! With over 20 years of experience as an LCSW. I worked with youth in treatment foster homes, crisis services in primary care, and providing school therapy and teletherapy services. I have worked with clients who have various concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, adjustment to life changes, anger issues, parenting, stress management/coping skills, and relationship issues. Through working in the schools, I have recently worked more extensively supporting LGBTQ students and helping to navigate the challenges they may encounter with family, friends, or community.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered perspective. I believe in recognizing the power of the mind and body connection. Everyone’s journey is unique; I tailor my approach to suit your goals. Using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, solution-focused therapy, I create a safe space.
