Welcome! My approach to therapy addresses how social, cultural, and individual factors all impact our mental health. Do you feel that your struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or self worth is worsened by forces beyond your control? I utilize narrative, existential, psychosocial, and REBT techniques to prioritize self-growth, healing, and empowerment. I have a rich background working with women, youths, Asian Americans, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ populations. I identify as a queer, biracial, spiritual, and feminist therapist, and my services are pagan-inclusive.
I earned my BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Canada, and my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University. I am also a Certified Paralegal and trained crisis counselor, with nearly 10 years of experience working in various activist spaces as an advocate for social equity.
