I take a highly relational, evidence-based approach to therapy. As a trained social worker, I consider the systems that shape and hold a person as inextricable to their mental wellbeing. I believe individuals can only be understood, and cases only conceptualized, within their environmental context.

I completed my undergraduate training in Psychology and Philosophy at Syracuse University, where I later went on to complete my Master’s in Social Work. I completed my thesis in Philosophy on the psychological benefits of grief following the death of a loved one, which has supported a comfort and competence in working with folks experiencing grief and loss.

I have experience providing therapy to adults with a wide range of presentations, including eating disorders, general anxiety, specific phobias, panic disorder, depression, and anxiety related to major life-transitions.
