I have experience treating anxiety, depression, relational distress, career distress, family systems issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I offer a warm, comfortable, and compassionate environment for my clients, and find joy in sitting with others. You can expect a wide range of experiences, from talking about your favorite movie and sports team, to processing your trauma and family dynamics. My goal is to provide the best care, compassion, and therapeutic support I can!
I offer a Structural Family Therapy perspective, along with a CBT lens and will frequently utilize tools from both Narrative Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. I genuinely enjoy conversations with others, and will work to meet you wherever you are at each session. I bring a calm, warm presentation to sessions, and will focus on building a strong rapport with you.
I provide a collaborative approach, and we will brainstorm together to find solutions, practice healthy coping, process the root issues, and help you heal in order to move forward in your life!
